📋 What gets deleted

• Your account and login
• Your name, age, class and profile
• All learning history — lessons, quiz scores, streaks and badges
• All chat messages with the AI teacher
• Any homework or work you uploaded

What may be kept: records we are legally required to retain (for example fee/payment records, if any) are kept only for as long as the law requires, and then deleted. Nothing is ever sold or shared.

How long it takes: deleting from this page is immediate and permanent. A request sent by email or the form below is actioned within 7 days.
